Resolution 2026-06 Requiring the Recording of an Affidavit and Restrictive Covenant for Accessory Structures

Notice 10-17-2026 : In person absentee voting for the November 3, 2026 General Election begins on Tuesday, October 20th and ends at 5 pm on Friday, October 30th. The Town Clerk is available at the Town Hall for in-person voting on the following dates/times: October 20, 21, 22 from 9:30 am-4:30 pm Friday, October 23 from 9:30 am-2 pm October 26, 27, 28 from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm October 29 and October 30, 9:30 am - 5 pm. On July 8, 2026, the Town Board adopted Resolution #2026-06 requiring an affidavit and restrictive covenant for accessory structures upon issuance of accessory structure building permits.
