Resolution 2026-06 Requiring the Recording of an Affidavit and Restrictive Covenant for Accessory Structures

Notice 06-24-2026 : Public Notice for Change of July Town Board Regular Meeting Date. The July 1st, 7 pm regular Town Board meeting has been rescheduled to July 8th, 7 pm. There will be no Town Board meeting on Wednesday, July 1st due to the Fourth of July Holiday weekend.|| Voting by Absentee Ballot for the 2026 Partisan Primary Election on August 11, 2026.

On July 8, 2026, the Town Board adopted Resolution #2026-06 requiring an affidavit and restrictive covenant for accessory structures upon issuance of accessory structure building permits.
